Cain and Abel brought offerings to the Lord but only Abel’s was accepted. Why did God reject Cain’s offering? This story looks at the principal of the first-fruit and why it's central to our giving.

Putting God first extends to every aspect of our lives not just our finances. God doesn’t accept leftovers; God must be first. That takes faith. Faith that God will continue to provide and that He will not leave us in need (Matthew 6:25-33).

Our God is faithful – today, as we look at the subject of stewardship we can be confident of God’s grace and His provision for faith to rise as we continue to trust Him to provide for our needs this year.

God Bless Brett
